Children and young people should engage in moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity for
an average of at least 60 minutes per day across the week
You can do this in many ways: outdoors or indoors; with your siblings or on your own; in the sun or rain! You will feel so much better if you get at least a little bit active every day!
Try some of the websites on Mr Grundy's Exercise Time page or use the documents below to guide you through some different sports and games you can try out at home.
Each week there is also a competition on the documents that you can enter, it would be great to see some Cotgrave C of E entries!!
Next week is National School Sports Week! Below are some activities that children could complete at home to join in with this!
