Cotgrave Church of England Primary School PTA is a group of people who work together to support the school. The group is made up of parents, teachers, governors and any other interested members of the local community. It shares the school’s commitment to provide the very best opportunities for our children to learn and grow.

Our PTA Officers are elected at the Annual General Meeting each year and are currently: Esther Popp (Chair), Emily Toomey (Vice Chair), Jo Hewitt (Secretary), Laura Butterworth (Treasurer) and Sadie Sheffield (Vice Treasurer).

Mr Nick Haywood is our PTA President.

Our PTA provides a major contribution to the life of our school and it enables us to achieve many things that without its support we would be unable to tackle. Every term, the PTA gives school a cheque for £500. This contribution funds many visits, visitors and resources – enabling the children in school to attend events without additional cost implications. PTA provided almost £3000 towards equipping the school hall, providing the fantastic staging and a superb digital piano. PTA provide refreshments at events such as the Nativity Service and the Easter Service. They also organise key events for our school community such as the Christmas Family Disco and Summer Barbecue.
