Children and young people should engage in moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity for
an average of at least 60 minutes per day across the week


You can do this in many ways: outdoors or indoors; with your siblings or on your own; in the sun or rain! You will feel so much better if you get at least a little bit active every day!


Use the web pages below for ideas or use the documents to guide you through some different sports and games you can try out at home.


Each week there is also a competition that you can enter, it would be great to see some Cotgrave C of E entries!!

Next week is National School Sports Week! Below are some activities that children could complete at home to join in with this! 

There are lots of activities to do, not all sporty ( like creating a poster) so definitely worth a look!! 

Active Notts and the Notts SGO Network have worked in partnership to develop a series of free dance resources that are aimed at KS1 pupils (although KS2 and foundation children may also enjoy taking part). “Dance Around the World” resources. Two resources will be released each week with the first two being Africa and Egypt and can be downloaded from:
