Week 5 18.05.20 - The race across the river

This week you will need to read the story 'Race across the river'. Read as much as you can but ask a grown to help if you get stuck.

Remember to follow with the weeks activities in order. This week you need to send me Activity 3 which is using 'and' to connect sentences. This needs to be your very neatest handwriting with a pencil. I would love to see tall capital letters and smaller lowercase letters - all sitting on the line!

Week 4 11.05.20  - We're going on a Bear/Lion Hun

This week you will be looking at the two stories 'Going on a Bear Hunt' and 'Going on a lion hunt'.

This week you don't need to send any of your English work. I will be looking to see if you have remembered some of the spellings of your common exception words. These are really important to remember. Here are the Common Exception words again to remind you. You can have these words in front of you when you are writing. Here is the alternate grapheme chart too. It will narrow down your spelling choices.
